Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these terms and confirm you are 18 or older and not playing from a state where such games are restricted.
One account per person
A user shall not register or operate more than one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and balances withheld.
Fair play
Collusion, result manipulation, use of automation, or any attempt to exploit the platform will result in suspension.
Battles and results
Both players must report the outcome. Where reports conflict, the battle is held for review and settled on the evidence submitted.
Commission
A 5% platform commission is deducted from each settled battle. The winner receives twice the stake less that commission.
Suspension
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to all or part of the service where these terms are breached.
Changes
These terms may be amended from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
